It takes 2-3 minutes to show up for me. After that, I just need to refresh and it'll appear

I am trying to add manga since morning but unable to do so
So idk why but my topics aren’t showing on the topic list. After making the topic I refresh and then the isn’t topic there, but it shows on my made topics page. So if anyone know someone what’s going on, please tell me. Thanks
