Agreed. He is thinking about other feelings even when they are not thinking about his. He doesn't back down from what he knows is right just to enable their self harming misbehaviors -- what is yet another form of bad friendship.
It just seems that these 3 friends are in a different level of maturity and both Woojung and Seohee need to catch up.
I just can't believe that Jinwoo is so amazing and just tells people the truth. He is very kind to both Seohee and Woojung. They needa get it together because it would really suck to lose a friend like Jinwoo.
