Guessing you are referring to when in the next chapter, after Hye-sung falls asleep, Dojin touches his (pregnant) stomach and kisses his hand, seeing as both are actions that Hye-sung would reject when awake likely. Dojin also show sentimentality over the upcoming baby, and surprises Hye-sung with a bouquet of flowers and some a gift bag that has baby shoes in it.
Hye-sung is materialistic, and he is satiated by designer goods, this is why Dojin thinks shopping for him will sweeten him up. He is right to feel pityful, at the moment he hates being pregnant, and doesn't care much for Dojin. Whereas Dojin is starting to become more affectionate and sentimental.
(Also) it basically appears that at the moment Hye-sung is happy with being pregnant as it means he will be pampered and bought things, but as to his thoughts on the reality of what being pregnant means (ie having a kid!) he obviously is conflicted about this, and reacts violently when he is confronted about this reality (1) at the doctors after being told he is pregnant, he has a tantrum on the floor (2) After Dojin gifts him baby shoes, he throws them.
I'm guessing the plot will end with the three of them playing happily families, so maybe it will show Hye-sung becoming gradually more attached to his upcoming role as a parent, and their child.

ikr also like dunno wtf they're saying but you can obviously tell Hyesung is using Dojin like its so sad like the look Dojin gives when looking at kids stuff
I kinda wondered when that would happen -- maybe it's the nudge that Dojin needs to tell Hyesung how much he really likes him. (I can always wish, right?)
