I agree with most of what you said! But I don't totally agree with the part about the MC! Closet trans.....yeah, but because he's trying to figure things out for himself and kinda accept who he is and he trying to work towards that! Trying to snatch the lover position......well he really loves Misaki and he's the only one that's trying to help him! I mean his dad call offering a job to him but he thought of Misaki for it! Maybe a bit selfish cause he doesn't want Misaki to leave school, but he really does care for the guy! I mean they've been friends since high school! GOD! I'm so happy I'm not the only who thinks like this. Masaki is being treated completely unfair, he's being held against some really unrealistic standards and it is annoying af.
TL;DR People in this manga got their head in the clouds thinking about how pitiful they are. BUT MASAKI AINT NO JESUS. He aint gonna save solve errybody's problems. They gotta solve em it alone and they need to stop pushing their ideals on him.
Long version: as a dude, if i was in masaki's place, i would be suffocated as fuck. give the man some space. people be throwing themselves at him from left to right. dont these hoes know he got his own problems to deal with.
candidate one is a rich kid who we dont know much about at this point other than her being suicidal for having no freedom. candidate two is a jealous tomboy who wants to be noticed by her senpai and changes herself in order to become his woman. candidate three is a closet trans who feels he can snatch the lover position by embracing his inner woman.
they need to realize that this man needs to worry about feeding himself, getting an education and paying his old man's bills while all they're thinking about is how to get in his pants. also, he ain't no jesus aight? he is not the chosen savior that will sweep people off their feet and magically get rid of errybody's problems. he's just another poor college student who just so happened to be handsome.
