Oh no

Angel is obviously underaged and something tells me that Frio is the type of guy who’s gonna take the realization that he’s been lusting after a highschooler pretty hard.

I don't think he's at secondary school. Why, he works at a bar, and I think the legal drinking age is 20 in Japan. Usually minors would not be permitted to serve alcohol.
Also, when he is at his place of education, no one is wearing a uniform, usually uniform is the norm for high schoolers there. Angel just seems like a uni student in his early maybe even mid ) twenties , who lives with his mum and sister(? whereas the author says he is in his thirties.

Yeah I think you’re right, however the author presented it fairly vaguely so I thought he could be lying about his age to get into the bar or something.

He might be lying about his age, but I don't think he is as young as being a high school student.

I don't think this story is based in Japan, but I don't think he's a minor probably between 17 and 21, with Ed being in his 30's, I would guess them having around a 15 yo age gap approx
