She's currently being restricted I think? Her voice was blocked off by his magic when she got teleported at the palace. The only thing she can use at this point are the scanning thing, the map and those magical tools she picked up from her adventuring like the bee sting to paralyse others.
Her magic was completely sealed by that collar. So there was no way she could use magic. In other words, apart from the actual skills she had, like seeing other people's status and the special storage, she was a normal weak human with the collar on.
