I have read these chapters and I have not read any of this- indeed, I have understood that he is rather worried because he thinks he has aggravated the situation.

Well, maybe you should get your eyes checked. Sangtae thinks that Jinwoo put a lot of hardwork into the project. Maybe the photo added to his stress and workload. He then realised that he probably went too far and that some lines shouldn't be crossed. So he has a mental conflict of whether or not he should jerk off to the photo "just once" before he deleted it. When Jinwoo messages that he wants to meet him, he decides to tell him that he'll delete the photo. When Jinwoo comes, Sangtae AT THE SAME TIME AS JINWOO accused him of being gay, offers to delete the photo.so cut the crap. But glasses. But ofcourse glasses won't solves your problem, which is that you only see what you wanna see, and conveniently ignore everything else! Hmph! Chapter 9, pages 7-11
Lol, what? He smirks and laughs while saying "maybe i crossed a line"? He finds Jinwoo's stress entertaining... He then goes to JERK OFF to the photo, where are you seeing sincere regret here? When he's offering to delete the photo, it's initially to apologize about it, which yeah he should since he took a picture of a straight coworker masturbating knowing "it's going to far" since he's gay (hence the moral dellema of whether or not he SHOULD jerk off to it), once Jinwoo accuses him of being gay he says "did you think i'd just admit it?" in his head and proceeds to take it as a challenge of wit. "so amateur, that won't work on me". His intentions in deleting the photo MOVED FROM being about an apology to being about outwitting "the amateur" Jinwoo into thinking he's straight, hence his next dialogue being "i'm not sure who told you that, but it's all a misunderstanding", -sits him down-, "i know you've been under a lot of stress lately and that photo i took of you probably made you extra angry, right? But you shouldn't go around framing people, here, i'll delete the photo". Who exactly is ignoring dialogue? I sure as hell am not, get your own eyes checked or maybe take off the rose-tinted shades honey. Jinwoo then calls him on his lie, exactly as i said, "That's not it! I didn't hear it from anyone! I found out because i started seeing your fantasies".
He's not ready to come out, Jinwoo outs him... Then he gets horny when Jinwoo shows him his dick to prove that the fantasies are real. He has no right to jump somebody in this context, Jinwoo had JUST explained what was happening and instead of talking/trying to figure things out he just got horny and jumped Jinwoo before he could react. I think it's clear that I remain in my opinion, but I can certainly say that I do not want to justify all the moments with which he really fucked with Jinwoo. But I think that if he took this behavior with him, there will be a reason below .. And I think it will only be discovered by going ahead with the reading of the manhwa.
Maybe Jinwoo did something in the past .. I do not know.
I simply justify his fantasies (he has total permission to do them) and well, partly his character. I remain of the idea that, in reality, Sangtae is very sweet duh. ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
I don't blame him for the fantasies either, just his flippant attitude towards Jinwoo's suffering and his overall lack of help. Not even just the lack of help, he makes things worse by taking advantage because Jinwoo makes him horny... You're right, reading the future updates will probably help as well.
Hey, folks I just cannot go beyond Ch.4... I hate to see Jinwoo getting bullied, blackmailed, suppressed and used by Sangtae without any justice in this world. Please tell me if the story gets better in a way that Jinwoo will get some standing or that Sangtae will get some punishment for hurting/bullying/suppressing Jinwoo all this time. I know this is yaoi world but I hope Jinwoo'd not just smoothly get together with a person like that. It's so disturbing. (￣∇￣")
