Good to know! Chapter 9 looks like a tough one. Rogi gets gang raped by that rival yakuza gang, and then we finds his way back to Akitora's and obviously is looking physically wrecked Asoda beats him up. It's hard to like Asoda at times, he is "jealous" too of Rogi's closeness with his boss, and the fact he dances to his own tune. Rogi & Asoda have known each other from secondary school and Asoda says he hasn't liked him since then, in this scene Akitora actually responded by saying the qualities that Asoda dislikes about Rogi are actually the one he likes, which must have annoyed him.

Wait....Asoda doesn't beat Rogi up, it was Akitora. Asoda tried to break it up but it was Anne- san that stopped the fight.
Looks like you are right! Sorry for my mistake. I guess Akitora was jealous that his pet had sex with other people, even if it was rape, and rather than comfort Rogi he just lashed out at him. Asoda can be a no.1 prick at times too, but then the title is fitting as it's an exploration of the jealousy that all the characters experience and how this makes them behave like idiots.
