There's groups of people that clean and translate manga (also applies webtoons and whatever else) raws and then share them for free (these translations are fan made btw so they differ a little from the official translations that you get to read when you buy the english version of a manga). Those groups are called scanlation groups. If you want to know which group scanlated a particular manga, they'll probably have a page in the translation with the name of the group on it or you can check it in mangaupdates. For example, if you go here https://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?id=114545 you will see that the scanlation group that picked up Iki o Tomete, Ugokanai de was NijiNiji Nikubou Scans (it's listed in the Groups Scanlating section on the right column right under Associated Names)
