Hyesung has a craving for some type of food, Dojin buys it, Hyesung feels ill, gets upset and vomits. Dojin is becoming more caring/affectionate. Hyesung can only eat peaches.

Poor Hye, he's throwing up everything in chapter 24 and crying because he can't eat anything he likes. Apparently he can eat peaches only (and from what I understood, Dojin tells Hye that hye's pheromones smell like peaches, which might explain why he can only eat them?). Dojin is comforting him though, such a sweetheart.
