The leader of one of the said Crews is in jail with Jiho too sadly (we saw him getting the cigarette money) and that's the only logical way the writer can show him to us, which let's be honest I feel like for this the writer could have pulled another random character out of his arse just to show us this guy again without bringing Jiho back and we'd all be happy and wouldn't mind the lot hole.
Ugh, I was wondering who that tatted guy was. Been a hot minute since they mentioned all the groups. SIGH. I agree, I would gladly accept a new random character, or a sudden jump in plot. We got the new Bull/Potato HS guy, who ended up befriending Vasco's martial arts master (that was a fun little arc). I'm okay with random plot holes too.
