At the end of the day, it's easy for Dojin to be fluffy and sentimental, he's not the one who is going to have to deal with pushing a baby out.

Yeah, it doesn't hurt that he has a walking bank book, his pregnancy is going to last only half as long as a normal pregnancy and his stomach wont expand as much, which'll safe him a lot of the difficulties involved in pregnancy as well. The expanded stomach causes a lot of the issues/discomfort, apparently his stomach will "barely be noticeable".
