I think the Doctor was scolding Dojin for "knotting" Hyesung when he was already pregnant. A bit like the myth that having penetrative sex whilst pregnant is harmful to the unborn child maybe.
He was defiantly telling him off for knotting when he's pregnant
He got pregnant the night he went in to Dojin room and said he wanted to have a baby!!!!! The doctor telling Dojin off for being careless and knotting... Dojin is completely shocked. It was such a beautiful end of chapter... One hand on tummy, The other gently kissing hand... It was beauiful.
