Like Pluto said depends of the author really. Some male betas can get pregnant and others don't, so I wouldn't rule out male betas being able to get pregnant in this one.
So betas CAN get pregnant and if goes to male betas as well and it makes me wonder more about Heesu (Dojin's friend) and Dojin's older brother. Few chapters back totally felt like Dojin's hyung was pulling the moves on Heesu but didn't work because he's a beta. High-key am interested in knowing if there gonna be something there or not...
