Forgot to ask anyone who's Japanese is better pleas explain ch 5 a bit I understood some but not all mainly cze of Kanji but Aichan is going to regret I think

I don't know if this will help you (since I also don't speak japanese very well), but this is what I got: Ai-chan goes to the roof and Itsuki follows, he then asks him if he still loves his brother, which Ai-chan denies. Itsuki tells him not to lie, but Ai-chan doesn't want to admit it. Itsuki gets angry saying that he doesn't want to be lied to by Ai-chan.
Then we get a flashback two years prior to what's happening now; they had gotten to know each other during PE. Then they became closer and Itsuki confessed to him. Ai-chan rejected him saying: "Now I can't, because I'm thinking about someone, that I don't want/can't have(?)." Later Ai-chan found the underwear of his brother, with which he used to jerk off, but thinking of Itsuki, he threw it into the washing machine. They got closer again and Ai-chan was slowly falling in love with Itsuki. He even told his brother that he's getting a lover; his brother asked him then if he loved him and Ai-chan replied with a yes. When he met up with Itsuki, he confessed to him, wanting to be together. Itsuki, of course, was very happy about that to the point of saying that he didn't have any more wishes.
Back to the present: Itsuki has a new haircut (he probably didn't cut them since he got together with Ai-chan), which probably symbolizes that he's giving up on A-chan and that he's moving on.
