For anyone who wants to read the scene for themselves, feel free, it's ch 9 pgs 9-11 and ch 10, pgs 6-36. I've already explained everything panel by panel, feel free and read it yourselves, a basic level of reading/visual comprehension will allow you to see the sex isn't consensual. It wasn't rape since there is no penetration, it was sexual assault. The 1st rape scene is the stall scene in ch 11 where he literally throws Jinwoo into a bathroom stall, Jinwoo yells "what the hell are you doing?!" and Sangtae quickly rips his pants and underwear off and starts to finger him. He was told by Jinwoo at the end of THIS scene in chs 9 and 10 that the fantasies go away from a simple touch, meaning he could've just put a hand on Jinwoo's shoulder to help him on the train, but instead he purposely gets close to see how he'll react to the fantasies, his eyes glaze over as he gets horny watching Jinwoo squirm on the train, he says "i can't take it anymore" and then rapes Jinwoo inside the station stall. Not sure how this is even up for debate, HE'S LEAVING HIS JOB "TO GET AWAY FROM SANGTAE" (actual quote), but the sex was consensual? Lol. I see a lot of comments saying Jinwoo is "cheating and lying", what? Cheat and lie? He's not willingly having sex with Sangtae, did you not read this chapter? He makes it clear. He's showing that the fantasies aren't like normal fantasies where you can just calm down and they'll go away, he had to show this by showing how his body literally WONT calm down. Even putting that aside, by the logic of "he showed Sangtae his dick, so Sangtae is justified in getting horny and sexually assaulting him", doctors are allowed to have sex with you, all your gym classmates are allowed to have sex with you, all the civilians in the YMCA lockers are allowed to have sex with you. For those of you who want to argue that Sangtae is "just trying to help", look at ch 10, pg 22. This is where Sangtae first tries to say he should "help" Jinwoo, now look at Sangtae's eyes while he says "well, now that i found out i'm obligated to help. You said it, it's my fault", he's LOOKING AWAY... HE doesn't even think he sounds believable. Let's look at a few other things here. Look at pg 19 UP TILL 22, notice how BEFORE he offers to "help" while looking away he goes from being calm and collected while talking to Jinwoo to blushing and "badump"ing? He got horny, hugged (i say hugged, but that sounds cute, he was just jumping Jinwoo in a fit of horniness) Jinwoo from behind and then offered to "help" while looking away... Now that that's been put aside. Let's look at 3 pages, 22 and 23 first. In 22 you see Sangtae touch him and 23 you see Jinwoo go to say that the fantasies stopped, but before he can even finish his sentence or even react to what's about to happen Sangtae yanks his pants down. Now look at pg 36, Jinwoo says "i-i told you to stop. The fantasies stop when you touch me... Is what i was trying to say". Jinwoo just said that ALL that needs to happen to stop the fantasies is for Sangtae to TOUCH him, not sexually. Meaning, the NEXT time he assaults Jinwoo in the station stall he KNOWS what he's doing. Jinwoo TOLD him. Finally, let's look at the end of pg 36 where Sangtae says "oh... Is that right? Sorry... I would have finished sooner if i knew...", that's an awful lot of pausing... It's almost like he's lying, right? In the same way he was when he offered to "help" when he was really just horny. If you thought so too, you're right because even Jinwoo calls him on his shit and says "bullshit". Jinwoo says HIMSELF that he doesn't believe Sangtae would've stopped, he KNOWS Sangtae is taking advantage. On the train Sangtae could've just put a hand on Jinwoo's shoulder to help him, but instead he gets visibly horny, pulls him off the train, PUSHES HIM DOWN onto the toilet and then forces Jinwoo while he CLEARLY protests this time (guys, he fingered Jinwoo, there was penetration. It's rape BY DEFINITION). While in the 1st sexual assault scene Jinwoo was pretty explicit in not wanting what was happening, the stall scene is even more so, to the point that there is no arguing it wasn't rape. Jinwoo is a lot more vocal about his irritation.

This is a manga about a straight guy who can't help but get horny around his gay co-worker, not because he likes him, but because magic, and a gay guy who has a crush on said straight guy and takes advantage of his crush's situation to sexually assault and rape him because he knows he can't help but feel good. It has explicitly shown that Jinwoo is physically incapacitated by the fantasies, he literally can't even work, so of course he doesn't punch Sangtae/hit him off... In other words, date rape with comedy thrown in to make you not want to hate the sexy Sangtae. The comedy and the crush are just plot devices to make you wonder if you SHOULD hate Sangtae.
