I think it's one of those where we have an over loveable protecting twin who (is the evil twin) wants to make is brother happy (the good twin). And the love interest is the poor bastard caught in the middle. Also there might be a possibility some sort of threeway relationship somewhere in the future.
I think the the seme just has dissociative identity disorder.
There is only one person, no twin involved. How aware he is of the other side to him is questionable.
