Everyone is focusing on the "don't trust me part", but pay attention to the end, it runs a lil deeper than that! Sangwoo was about to throw the picture away as a personal act of his whole "it'll only hurt you" convo, but he held onto it when yoonbum called his name. I think keeping the picture is supposed to signify real feelings are getting involved, Sangwoo is falling in love with yoonbum.
