Yep, the comic is already completed on the Korean Lezhin. Eunho & Jaeha make up, Eunho goes to the studio to get his portrait painted by Jaeha. Then it gets exhibited, and in front of it Eunho proposes again and Jaeha accepts the ring (Eunho was already wearing his). Then there is an epilogue which shows them getting married.
