Nope, even though she's been reduced to a brain, she won't die as long as she's protected. Saku(the kid in chapter 41) was able to grow with only his head alive but it took 10 years for his body to grow back to what it is now.

With only the brain as the only part of her alive, Saku is not sure how long it will really take but he is sure that she'll return someday because they don't really die.

Saku was finally able to kill the people in the lab so.........
They're going to save Yuki now~!!!!
