Yep, his traumatic flashbacks to his ex seem to be increasing (when you consider the next few raw chapters are all within the space of a few days). I wouldn't say he's childish, it just seems like he's quite inexperienced himself, and is trying to avoid being exposed to whatever happened to torment him in his first relationship again. Jiwon doesn't view DG as a friend or a partner, so he's not really at a stage where he can start telling him about his anxieties over his past. Maybe, hopefully even this will change shortly.
