Fraternal twins though, are different. They are twins that don't look the same or are of different sexes. So yes they are real brothers, and the notes confirmed it too.

EDIT : Ignore me, i took the meaning of twins as in born on the same day, but translator confirmed they're brothers in chapter 7, so i had no idea until 6 days later (today) when i checked so... :I pls go easy on me english isnt my first language so i perceive some terms differently and confuse it with other terms a lot
