For some reason I can never see "the love" in a threesome. Threesomes only work for sex, not an actual relationship.

You should try learning more about polyamory if you admit you don't understand. Relationships can be complex but there are lots and lots of different people in the world and they don't all subscribe to the same standards and norms we are taught about love, romance, and sex in mainstream culture.

You're right.I really don't get it...I understand that some people like it but in this case it would ruin the story. It's like people didn't even care to understand what they read.In a real life situation I absolutely agree with you.

I do agree, there is no love in a threesome and the person complaining about polyamide is just plain stupid. But, I feel most people want the threesome (guilty as charged) because the story in the beginning and into the middle was just based on sex, all over the place sex. And with that being said, bringing in a character that really has no meaning except to nosebleed over his boss and neighbor, it makes fans wonder and wait for something to happen.

So basically OP is right for saying they don't see the love in a threesome. Since you say everyone has different standards about love but I guess that only goes for you then? Everyone else is just wrong for having their viewpoint or standard.

I wasn't putting op down, I just acknowledge they said they didn't know a lot about polyamory or how it could function or be loving or romantic so I simply suggested they listen to polyamorous people describe their relationships to see how people knowledgable about it speak about the topic because thats why I did and learned some really helpful info. Op can be correct about how they want to pursue love, I would never suggest that somebody has to love how somebody else does, but op is not right in saying that people in polyamorous relationships aren't loving or anything like that (if thats what they were to say).

When you love someone you only have eyes for them.I am not saying that people in polyamorous relationships don't have any feeling towards their partners but I'm sorry that's not love.

I'm really not into polyamory in general, but I can understand the romantic and sexual love forming between three people (or more). It's a real thing, and it's been in cultures and lifestyles for ages. So long as the people involved all have the mutual love and understanding for each other, that's not exactly an impossible thing. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

Ιf you don't love someone enough to stay devoted to them,if that person is not enough for you (I don't mean you personally) then your "love"is not real,at least for my standards.

That's my point. You're basing it in your standards. There's no set definition on who and how many you can really love. Dismissing the idea of real love in polyamory comes off as a bit ignorant. (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ

You just can't say that. You don't even know anything about polyamory so why would you say that. You being prejudiced just because YOU couldn't love more than one person at a time or equally or would choose to be in a relationship with more than one person and be okay with the fact your love is all different.

Do you even know who I am and what my experiences are?I doubt it.Keep believing whatever you want and I'll stay in the real world where I know how things work.Have a nice day.

I came for the drama :) issa good

Grey you are ignorant basing it on YOUR standards and calling others living in fiction while you live in real world because of your biased views. Tsk tsk sadly sometimes how YOU know things work is not how OTHERS see how things work. And not wanting to see that is the definition of ignorance smh

I don't have to know anything about your life or experiences to know the definition of ignorance applies to the actions and words you have displayed here. You said your piece and I looked at it and recognized it as ignorance. Your word here is all I need to tell that.

You can have your standard. But don't diss people because they don't live up to yours. They all have their own standards and values. Please respect others.
