The gist concerning the main couple is, Eunho gets his portrait painted by Jaeha. Jaeha exhibits it, Eunho proposes under it. He is already wearing his ring, and gives Jaeha this. Then the extra chapter shows a photo from their wedding, and the author on twitter has been showing photos of the wedding invite. It's not a tragedy.

Thank god...I thought that refer to the pasr breakup... such deep words and was very moving and I guess everybody can relate to them but that worriied me too since the chapter ended and was hoping was no refering to something coming in the future...

Jaeha is basically saying how he has found love with his beloved boy. Eunho gets his husband, all is well.
