Wow, he really seems to be coming undone in this chapter. I read somewhere that alcohol can make symptoms of certain mental illnesses worse and I wonder if that’s what’s happening with Sangwoo. He seems almost manic in this chapter and he acts really recklessly by loudly talking about murder in public and forcing a man who doesn’t know how to drive to drive him home. Also he legitimately hallucinates and thinks that a random woman in front of him is one of the girl’s he murdered. He could be speaking metaphorically but considering that we’ve seen him hallucinate his mother in earlier chapters, I’d say that it’s more likely he’s actually hallucinating. In conclusion, Sangwoo really shouldn’t drink.
