I'm looking for Yaoi/Shounen Ai manga where the seme is a Grim Reaper (shinigami). He was fired (I think) and was sent to limbo where he met a guy (his caretaker?).The caretaker was a human but was revived by his father using mud?? The grim reaper lost his memory and all his medals turn into funny things. I remember they go to an Angel market
