It's not just the omega doing it though. Everyone seems to forget that the alpha intended to "make" the omega have the baby against his express wishes. As far as I am concerned that is MUCH worse.

I don't know if you already read the other author story (probably you already did) but somehow this is how she manage thing from ending up to the point of hating the characters & story to end up make everything right. When it was the time that they had sex & because of that the uke got pregnant it was ukes fault too. I know that the behavior of both have been pretty bad & both of them did & are doing unconscious things but this story it's barely starting. I'm not justify anything.
The seme never tried to force the uke to have the baby he just persuaded him to have it & then he would take care of the baby accepting his responsibility. Both characters are difficult...

Yeah I agree with you, but for me, it's not because the author "do thing like that" that it make it a good story. I know that both characters are responsible and complexe, I just can't agree with the all thing

but you see, I think i'm just tired to see that rape do work in so many story (yaoi, but also shojo or other mangas)
I think I would have like it if this story was a little different, like the omega just...grow up? realised what he's doing? And leave the alpha, like "no, rape won't work this time"

Yeah, it's definitely tiring and should become a lot rarer and written about a *lot* differently. Rape is not a "character flaw", tired of seeing it used that way.

I see, i know sometimes it's tiring end up with the same thing again & again, because sometimes we want something more fresh new. But as far as we know, in omeganiverse is common (of course not in all, i'm not generalizing) this author manage things like this so, personally i think Fargo it's really good on what she's doing so there's hope for this to end up as a pretty good story. And haha don't worry i know, i never came here with the intention of attack or something just to argue ^^

Yeah like an omega that make the alpha begs for him, probably the plot would start like the typical ones in omeganiverse but the development would be different & to be honest that would be interesting (≧∀≦)

yeah right, 'cause in some omegaverse they say that omega are less clever than alpha, but I don't thing that the case. Typically in this one, the omega seems to be a math's genius, so I would really like to see an omega who rules an entreprise (and not because he sleep with everyone)
Like, omegaverse has become an important part of yaoi manga, I would like to see the universe evolved
and it's starting slowly, like with alpha x alpha (gosh) or alpha x beta (before it was always alpha x omega)

Well that would be pretty cool or at least more credit to omegas.
I haven been for a long time in yaoi's world & what i learn about this kind of theme (omeganiverse) it's that they manage this like alphas are the dominant ones because of their biological & fisical characteristics.
Well there's some other yaois (pretty good yaois to be honest haha) where exist that kind of couples but they are a few , yeah a little bit more of the universe in this, but i think we won't see too much because it's pretty fantastic in the way they put things & i think somebody invented omeganiverse to create their own rules, but of course the genres sometimes evolve haha (●'◡'●)

yep, I think there is a magazine who only do omegaverse, but you can see it in a lot of fanfiction, not always from japan, so I don't know if it's actually from Japan..
