To put it into perspective, the vampire DID kill people by drinking their blood and then watching them turn into ashes. The author just didn't depict desparate scenes of their loved ones looking for where they went missing. Imagine all those one thousand funerals with empty caskets, when in reality those human souls have become red jewels for a devil to feast on.

On the other hand, in this instance, someone is being accused and tortured for something he didn't do.

It's hard to feel too sympathetic.

why? a vampire isn't human, but human beings are his source of food, with that logic you cannot be sympathetic for killed humans either because they also kill animals to eat. he isn't human and he only kills them to eat, most humans kill each other for less

Humans eat meat. We don’t see desperate animals looking around for their mothers. We don’t necessarily have to eat meat, but we do, most of us at least. It’s like that. Fictional characters gotta do what they gotta do. MC does not deserve to be abused like this, and if he does, perhaps I should too, because I eat meat.

I mean the human population is increasing rapidly so it doesnt really matter if someone who does shady shits for a living dies by him.

if the author showed something like the vampire only preying on people who do real bad shit then i guess it'd be easier to say he's all 100% good....but also this manhwa started on said vampire about to devour(?) a man, only for the man to turn out as a demon. your explanation is real deep tho, and it's true. buuut at the end of the day it's also all fiction..... so
