I think that it is a chapter more about their relationship rather than Misuzu. She might get a chapter about her in the future where she ends up going out with someone, perhaps Jun's friend ╮(￣▽￣)╭
What you said sounds about right, but still, can't get past the fact that Carol got her own arc but not Misuzu. I mean, seriously?
Well Misuzu takes part in the main story a lot more than Carol aka she is tangled up in the plot way more, while Carol is just a means to get the story going on (I think ლ(´ڡ`ლ) )

We already had Carol solve her problems. Tomo is the protagonist, so hers will take a long time. If this was supposed to be an arc about Misuzu, why do I feel like it is focusing on Tomo? Seriously, put more life on Misuzu outside of Tomo.
