It really depends on how the author wants to do with it, but there’s been a few mangas where the omega has never experienced a heat before at all and regardless becomes pregnant
Are you guys aware that the omegaverse system is different on every stories? There's a story that says omega's are so rare, and theres another story that tells omegas are really common. Theres even a furry omegaverse. Really, it depends on the author ╮(￣▽￣)╭
