You make it sound like it’s worse than what it actually is, he only meets the ex one time and they get interrupted by soohan (with a beautiful punch). Their “break up” is super short though lol. And the new guy probably didn’t like soohan but just got ordered to get between them by the ex I guess, he even helps soohan to set up the trap and even goes to a trip with them lol.
And after that trip Soohan and Jiho are together and are shown together after graduation all grown up ^^

Thanks for letting me know if this story is worth finishing.. Seeing what you wrote I think I'll read along just a while longer. Sometime you just need answers in the form of a spoiler. I tend to get impatient with waiting on the new chapters or uninterested. Now I have my answer.

Spoiler (just bc I’m probably not gonna buy any chapters anymore since I lost interest)
So they break up, well Jiho breaks up with him since the ex recorded the whole convo he had with Soohan and sent it to Jiho to prove how Soohan “doesn’t like” Jiho. Then Jiho pretty much assumes that Soohan doesn’t like hin at all which I don’t blame him since it sounded like that in the recording. Soohan then loses his ability to hear other people’s thought.
Some annoying new guy then comes in that’s their classmate and then finds out that Soohan was dating Jiho and since he’s gay too he pretty much just clings to Soohan (I honestly still don’t know if the new guy likes Soohan or not but I think he does). Now since the new guy clings to Soohan 24/7, Soohan never has the time to be alone with Jiho and actually talk about what happened. Ofc Jiho gets jealous with the new guy clinging like a fucking leech to Soohan but he then makes everything worse by starting to hang out with his ex
Also I would upload the new chapters but it’s so much work to do and I’d rather do something productive so... sorry lol
