Ok so I just reread this thing word for word. I didn't miss a single point. And I have come to the conclusion that the way Dojin is being treated is his own damn fault. First he raped Hye sung. Then he told him wouldn't ever do it again. Then he raped him again.

Hye sung also thought that Dojin liked him. He overheard him in the park "everytime I sleep with him I get inspiration for my music." He thinks he's being used for inspiration and that liking him was a lie, which makes him lose trust for him.

He tried to move out of the house TWICE and Dojin begged him both times for him to stay no matter what. The second time he tried to move out, he was raped with Dojin intent on making him pregnant. (So even if he didn't attack Dojin earlier, he would have still gotten pregnant during this rape.)

Hye sung came up with a contract because he has zero trust in Dojin and wholeheartedly believes, with the help of the other blonde friend, Dojin will abandon him the moment the baby is born, so he wanted some security.

If Dojin treated him well from the start instead of lying to him and then threatening him and trying to control him, Hye sung would have more trust in him and would not treat him the way he is now. Hye sung is not in fault for anything other than the accidental pregnancy. Even the doctor told Dojin he was the one who wasn't careful enough.
