Sorry but for me ritsu, with his tsundere attitude, is much more frustrating, at least chiaki recognizes his feelings xD
Ritsu actually recognizes his own feelings too. It's just that he's having a hard time trusting his whole being to Takano m-san all over again as he was deeply hurt when they had a misunderstanding in the past. He does not want to feel the exact same pain all over again, that's all. But yea, that's your opinion about ritsu :)
Yeah I know it well, but also takano suffered a lot, and maybe even more than ritsu, and after all this time from their reencounter he should've understood by now that takano really loves him and that was only a misunderstanding of both parts... however I never said that I don't like ritsu, just that he is a bit frustrating to see him like this all the time

Yep i get where you're coming and that's why i actually want their arc to be finished already with them being lovers and together. Happy end, that's all. Yep they both suffered that's why they deserves happiness too

To leave a honest reply, I think it just might be my personality/preference. It’s been a long time, so I can’t really remember, but ever since I watched the anime, I have always hated him.

lol, I kinda understand you. I love his personality, but the mangaka could do more than make him ''naive''. He didn't the chance to show more side of him.
