I remember it was a last chapter, other chapters were unrelated to this oneshot. Yaoi; both uke and seme were doctors, but seme was in a posh hospital working as a surgeon, and uke was working at his dad's small clinics for elderly people. They seemed to hate each other, seme bullied uke when they were in elementary school. Uke's dad fell ill and it was seme who operated his father. Sex was rather rape-y.
