Either Koogi changed his design, his father's appearance changed drastically over some time or it's how Sangwoo thought his father looked like.
But Woo seems to have his looks from his father, so maybe Im just overthinking this.
I thought it might be that his appearance changed. I'm not sure.. I just know that Koogi puts so many details & little hints everywhere that I feel it must hold significance!

Sangwoo said he's 20 and he called Bum middle aged several times, so Bum is probably in his middle to late 20's.
Ofc, maybe Bum is just the secret and I'm wrong.
