He never said anything about being in love with Kousuke yet

But I think Masahiro's kinda suspecting it. I mean why would he flashback to that particular scene at the grocery store then makes up his mind not to hand Kousuke over to anyone... Including Mr Bartender whose cat may or may not have spoken on page 11 by the way
