Bum's uncle talks like Bum's mom is dead.
He may not be the most trustful source, but what we've been given so far heavily implies it.
Yes, Bum and Sangwoo's mother share a similarity, but it's Koogi's way of drawing feminine characters.
Bum's parents died when he was little, like little little. Not even in Kindergarten.
Sangwoo wasn't even born at that point.
