He was only GOING to leave momentarily because he was upset thinking Dojin was using him for inspiration, Dojin just explained he wasn't. They've moved on from Hyesung leaving, he's no longer leaving. He's going to stay till he has the baby and give it to Dojin to take care of, then he's going to continue looking for a place as they had previously arranged, no reason to think any of that has changed.

No. He did leave when dojin wasn't home the first time. That was after he got raped. Obviously he wouldn't wanna stay there. Dojin simply happened to show up at the doorway due to plot armor. The second time, somebody offered him a place to stay, so he left. That's when they found out he was pregnant. After he was pregnant, why would he still want to leave?
I mean, if you want to look at it that way, whatever, but the manga is pretty obviously light hearted. Especially for an omegaverse. This is all just drama. Yes, he's "buying his love", but not in the sense you're making it out to be, he's doing it innocently. He's just trying to woo him. There is a scene right after Hyesung gets pregnant, Hyesung wakes up the next day and Dojin had made him breakfast, during the scene Dojin says "i was totally wrong about him, he isn't phased by the 'subtly show your love' gestures". Dojin is commenting on how when he made the breakfast for Hyesung, he gladly accepted and ate it and how Hyesung seems to be pleased with materialistic wealth rather than small gestures. THIS is why he is buying him stuff, he noticed that for Hyesung in particular, this is the way to court him. He doesn't have any evil inner dialogue about "i'm going to buy his love, mwahahaha!", it's all said innocently. Any time he's by himself he's all bubbly, not all evil villain-y. He talks in private, so you know he's not lying, with Heesoo and says he plans to marry Hyesung. The plot progression is pretty explicit.
I'll also reply to the response you sent to Enlil. He tried to leave the 1st time, wasn't necessarily stopped so much as he just decided to stay. Then he did nothing but luxuriate around Dojin's house, it shows him all impressed by the bath and shit. Remember how he had no job for awhile? He had all the chance in the world at this time to leave, he was just staying home all day. This is what Enlil is pointing out. What does he do? He luxuriates and starts looking for a job until he ends up in the sex interview scam and Dojin has to bail him out. Hyesung starts to fall for Dojin, then hears Dojin say he gets inspiration from Hyesung and Hyesung takes this to mean that is the only reason Dojin is letting him stay. He feels used. So NEXT time he goes to leave he chooses to stay with "tofu face", even though they hadn't met in years and Hyesung had a bad track record of controlling his heat (Hyesung has accidentally forced Dojin into sex 3 times), he makes a big deal about it in front of Dojin out of anger. Do you really realize how dangerous a decision Hyesung was trying to make out of nothing but anger, he hadn't thought it through, "tofu face" had grown up thinking Hyesung was an alpha, he JUST found out Hyesung is an omega and revealed he used to have a crush on him. Hyesung used to pick on him too, "tofu face". He has every reason to "get" Hyesung, whether for revenge or love. They hadn't met in years, Hyesung can't control his heat, Hyesung might not have proper suppressants without Dojin providing them, etc... It wasn't safe.
