A quick summary of the chap using google translate. They have probably been standing in the hallway for quite some time so DG says his arse is going numb, Jiwon says that he wants to keep touching DG etc. Eventually they end up in bed Jiwon is asleep or pretending to be asleep, and DG says he washed him, so now he needs to wash himself. That it was nice that Jiwon was affectionate, but his body can't take it. So at this point DG is looking at Jiwon on the bed and is thinking about going for a shower, Jiwon clasps onto his hand saying don't go x 2 and starts tearing up, DG is in shock.
The question could maybe be why wouldn't he cry? If Jiwon is feeling upset due to wanting an emotional connection with someone, but this is overlapped with his fears/anxiety regarding his ex, it seems like a reasonable conclusion that he might have ended up feeling vulnerable and cried. He's doing it with his eyes closed, so he doesn't have to face anyone directly, but is still looking for the reassurance from DG by trying to hold onto his hand.
Who knows though, maybe the translation will clarify things.

Honestly, I don't believe that Jiwon is thinking about his ex in chapter 33 and 34. In chapter 33, MD told DG that Jiwon was an honest drunk. Meaning he expresses how he feels when he's intoxicated. He puts up a front not showing his true feelings to anyone. No one knows where he lives (in chapter 33, when he was drunk no one was able to take him home but DG). His own friends really don't know him. I believes he's lonely and subconsciously looking for affection. In the previous chapter, he got physically ill accidentally thinking about his ex. I don't think he would want to be sexually thinking about his ex, even when he's drunk.
When he's sober, he tells himself that he doesn't want a relationship and don't want to be swayed by love, but deep down he's a hurt person who doesn't want to be hurt again. I feel he's lonely and looking for attention--thus why he's a camboy (he gets attention but not close to people--back in chapter 6, I realized he liked attention). I feel like he's talking to DG and telling him to stay. Well, it's just a theory, I could be wrong.
