I feel like there are a lot of people who think it can't be realistic if it doesn't end well or if the protagonist mess up... but ...in reality self destroying behaviors often stay unconscious and are really common.
Also, Kyung soo willingly didn't chose to save his own life, he wanted to protect Dong-hyuk from Yule by cooperating with Yule, at first it was like that. I agree that there are a few people who would go that far to protect someone, myself included. At least it's getting closer to reality than many other stories here, it's refreshing.
I'm surprised by the amount of people saying this is realistic . Not in the least bit . I'm not victim discriminating but the uke had the chance from the start to save his own life but he was led on by his masochistic side that was still head over heels for that man which does not accur everyday
