My roommate at college had to get a life sized poster of the groom for her best friends wedding at our school. (We can print pretty much anything)
I have to say it made the technicians day to see that.
I'm pretty sure the easiest way would order it online or go to another town/city to print in person.

I wonder how they get posters of people who are not famous or well known like that. I admit I would take down the posters too if I was him, after I get a good laugh. Cause in president's case he isn't too crazy to do strange things, well super strange things. And one can always say "You can have pictures of me but not posters. instead of looking like a stalker why not make it look like we are freaking dating? Or, I don't know go on a date with me! We can eat pancakes while helping out with the student council."
