I came here to ask the same question. what did really happen? It felt like seme didn't approach him in romantic way at all. he was like "oi! don't ignore me. i'm right here. look at me!! why you leaving?" and what happened to older guy? he just stop answering his calls. He wanted to be family and such.. He felt like a nice person. Isn't it cruel to him? No context about him? He disappeared with unanswered calls.. then next chapter those two were having sex.
