Hmm I'm confused, why was the guy throwing up??isn't that something to be concerned about? (Unless it was a cold) and did he just accept his brothers death easily?

    I thought the same about his reaction to his brother's death. It was way too "easy" to say the least.

    Years ago he literally had a mental break-down for this and now he's just like, "don't worry broh, I'm the one that should be sorry for you for having to pretend to be my little dead brother". The later reaction is just disconnected from the first one. It really turned the ending very disatisfying for me...

    Some people accept these things very easily, and some don’t. Since he already knew he was dead, and ‘just’ forgot, it might not have been as hard on him... since he already knew the truth, it might’ve been easy for him, once he got over the shock

    I think it was a psychological reaction because he used to think that the whole reason why his younger brother died was because Minase told him he liked Takashi, and he got upset and left the house. Now we know that's not the case.
