Not imo... Grey hair boy (Eunsung or something?) is neither of their’s (at this point, POSSIBLY Lucia/MC ID). If you’re referring to the friend sneaking away, in my opinion it was because the author wanted to open up to the scene where MC would follow grey-hair boy and the “”girlfriend”” around.
OK so people think that white hair is Mc's boyfriend BUT I THINK that Mc's bestfriend is actually his boyfriend. ╮(￣▽￣)╭ I just have this undying feeling that that was why the friend was nervous but I could be wrong.
