DG tries to deflect by making some small talk about their exams, and asking if Jiwon is okay seeing as he was drunk as a skunk and was probably shouting in his sleep during his nightmare. Jiwon remembers everything that happens, he gets a flashback to his prick of an ex, and he musters up the courage to bite the bullet and asks DG twice if he loves him, the second time DG replies yes.
And that's where we at so far. I guess after his past experience, Jiwon is wary of being the one to make the first move and become so emotionally involved with a person. That was the past, and he seems to be moving on with DG now. Hopefully chapter 36 will have more conversation with DG being more assertive, and Jiwon able to talk about his anxieties.
I highly doubt Jiwon would be able to talk about his anxieties given how big of a tsundere he is (and maybe how emotionally torn he is). I think he'll want to end thing up with DG actually. And I highly doubt, DG will become assertive. I mean he's in the grey area of infatuation and idolizing both the Alex and Jiwon personalities, in fact DG has his way of putting Alex's comfort before his.
I don't think this will happen, as drunk Jiwon is an honest Jiwon, and boy was clingly as hell over DG, but an out there proposal for chapter 36 could be.
= Jiwon has just heard DG confirm that he loves him. Jiwon knows from his past experience that relationships can destroy your trust, so doesn't want to expose DG to this possibility. Jiwon also knows that someone saying I love you, can be meaningless. So after DG says yes, Jiwon says that they should just stop their relationship, be it the one they have now, or anything deeper, and just return to being hoobae and sunbae. Jiwon could then say, Nam Dong-gyun, you can't even call me by my actual name, what do you even know about me to love. DG could then get some rare bit of confidence, call Jiwon by his real name, and say something cheesy that he's learned from his romance dramas about how they might still be strangers but he wants to know who Jiwon is, yes it was "Alex" that first drew him in, but it was Jiwon who he listened cry in his sleep about his traumatic ex, and he hopes he can love him back. (⌒▽⌒)
I wonder what will happen when morning comes. After all, He is going to question how he got home and how things happened during the evening. Hell he might wake up next to our main, where they will be at the moment is anyone's guess since they are both hammered. And He can't say that it is troublesome since they are considered at least sex friends. As for covering why you know where he lives our main could have just said "I had a delivery once that turned out to be him." I wonder what will happen. But this also brings up the question is he horny drunk always or is he affectionate drunk? I hope it's affectionate drunk and only seems like a horny drunk since he is with someone who has spun love feelings in him that he is currently trying to deny. I really don't want to picture him jumping the bones of anyone.
