Yep, I did have to cringe at how heteronormative the vampire & devil characters relationship ended up, with basically the vampire ending up taking the female role and getting obsessed about a proposal ring. The real characters with substance were the detective and Seolwoo, but yes their story was underdeveloped and ended quite quickly. Apart from that, it's (consensual) smut and predictability.
This was cute... but oh my lord... even in a yaoi the fucking "uke" the guy who gets dicked is still acting like a total chick. You're a damn vampire with no special powers, not even hypnosis what? Just a blood drinker. Also he's so upset about humans in the past trying to kill him like FUCKING DUH EVERYONE YOU SUCK BLOOD FROM TURN TO ASH UH HULLO? THEY HAD EVERY RIGHT TO BE SUSPICIOUS AND THEY WERE RIGHT! This series was all over the place, aside from the fluff, nice art, and a teeny tiny curt plot... it's really not all that great. There was so much potential but the author needs to learn to develop her characters and her storyline better. There's more holes and non-sense in here than there are holes on a cheese grater.
