Chapter 19 being uploaded here has nothing to do with the mangakas hiatus. It depends on the translation group which decided to do the translations of this manga. And they are slow but they do their job really well.
Plus she's not on a hiatus , she's working on her other manga. She doesn't only draw yaoi. She has a whole different persona on Twitter which separates her shoujo and yaoi manga.
