i have a brother who is 10 too.. like thats a whole CHILD. even 15/16 yr olds are CHILDREN whether they realise that or not, adults have no business looking at them in a sexual/romantic way at all. but tbh even if these people on the thread didn't have siblings they should understand how fucked up it is if they were grounded enough. i believe in Japan your considered an adult at age 20 and I think, with parental consent, men can marry at either age 16 or 18 and women, also with parental consent, at age 14 or 16. either way yes he is under age, luckily they didnt have sex!
