Nope, if it was wanting to be a very predictable plot in terms of miscarriage, it would have shown Hyeseong lose the baby, at the shock of seeing his dad and half siblings whilst visibly pregnant and identified as an omega (his dad said his mum was an omega whore, at least hye was an Alpha etc which is why he has this complex). But instead the Doctor said he was able to leave, just he had a shock. The purpose of meeting his dad was to progress him and Dojin's relationship more than anything. Dojin now understand why Hyeseong rejected his omega identity, and Hyeseong feels he can rely on Dojin with now having a greater emotional attachment.

I think the next "big drama" will be Dojin telling his parents about the pregnancy, rather than a miscarriage. At this stage, the plot seems to be progressing to showing Dojin and Hye growing closer now.

Shouldn't be much a drama. They're been begging him to date and marry an omega. He is literally doing just that. ..at this stage it honestly doesn't seem like Hyesung would leave so..maybe drama would be tracking down his mom?? Or if he leaves it won't be for long.

Indeed, but it would be a challenge from Dojin's perspective to admit to his family about the pregnancy, seeing as he was so adamant to them that he will never go out with an omega, get married etc. He seems like a stubborn lad, so he will need to lose face in front of his siblings for a while. It did seem like Dojin was planning on keeping the baby a secret, which is why Heeso confronted him, saying that this might be physically impossible (this chapter hasn't been translated yet). Dojin's mum is an "omega male", so I think he might be able to offer help to Hye-sung, rather than the original image Hyeseong had of Dojin's mum as calling him a "rat" and chucking him out of their building.

Ah drama in the sense of DoJin swolloing his pride and stubborness, yeah I can see how that could be an interesting arch. Wonder if it will come before or after hyesung admit the full truth about his dad.

Ah I think dojins parents wont be much an obstacle. I mean, theres a possibility that they just barge in dojins apartment and see hyesung all big and preggy with baby stuff all around the house. I can definetely see the sister do this since she seems like a sharp one. Remember, sje can or can not notice hyesung with dojin in the mall, they acted too suspecious.

Most omegaverse barely touch on pregnancy to be Fair before this the most pregnancy was touched up upon was in destiny with the butlers. It really up to the author. Though at this point I don't think so, there were plenty of times when Hyesung could have lost the kid. I'm assuming since he hasn't yet he prob won't.

Any drama would come from DoJin swollowing his pride. He spent all his life going nope I ain't dating any omega or getting married, so it won't be easy. But I'm sure for hyesung and his child he'll more than manage. But yeah his filter are gonna be thrilled so there no really risk it just be more of a character development for DoJin.
