A lot of people here seem to not realize this and they start internet arguing about hyesung being a piece of shit, well he's a pregnant boy, who thought he was one thing and found out he was another. How could you know what he feels?

Hell yes
In reality, not all females want to be mothers. Not all females have this so-called mother instinct. Not all females would be "good" mothers. I like how this story portrays an issue many real females deal with in real life. It doesn't matter how annoying you think either character is, this sudden pregnancy shows some real deep realism when it comes to the vulnerability of carrying responsibility of a baby/fetus.
